1.      Tell us about your self ?
My name is Putri Lestari, my age is 25 years. I am graduated from Gunadarma University. I studied accounting. I like accounting because while I was in high school I thought some accounting calculations are not complicated and my accounting teacher always gave me motivation to study more in accounting.

2.      Why should we hire you ?

because I am a hard worker and punctual, I can finish the job on time, I was friendly and courteous, I understand some accounting applications. and I think I can work on the financial statements in this company.

3.      What is the reason behind leaving your last job ?

The reason behind leaving my last job was because I wanted to learn the techniques work differently from my old company, and I think the salary at my old company lacking sufficient for my life.

4.      Why have you been unemployed for such a long time ?

I have a personal problem and I have to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

5.      Tell me your ability to work under pressure ?

I took a few minutes of time to understand the situation, then I act according to what I have to do. In every job stress is a common sense, and we must have the ability to work under pressure to become accustomed.

6.      Tell me your job experience ?

Over the last 3 years I worked with a company Indosat, I have progressed through positions of Accountants. I had the opportunity to prepare and examine financial records on the freeway company.

7.      What are your expectations from job ?

My expectations of this job is I want to have a high salary so that I can meet the needs of my life for many years to come.

8.      Describe your management style ?

I work to inspire and motivate teamwork to achieve the desired goals of the company. I'm always open to new ideas that come to my team members. I consulted with them as often as possible and support their performance. I always discussions beforehand with the team for a decision.

9.      Are you a team player ?

Yes, I once worked with a team and independently, and has succeeded in both positions. Some jobs require teamwork to solve a problems to be more efficient while other tasks are individual and can be completed by one worker.

10.  What irritates you about co-workers ?

I understand that working in a company is about working together as a team, but if one can not work with me and not serious about this job or did the job of low quality affecting the entire project, I do not like it.

11.  How long would you expect to work for us if hired ?

During my comfortable in this company will be I can learn and contribute to my contributions recognized. and I will be able to grow as a professional in the work.

12.  How do you see yourself 5 years from now ?

I see myself 5 years from now as I want to see myself in a position that is more responsible and more respectable in which I can gain respect not because of my position, but because of my work and also dedication accomplishments I achieved when I work.

13.  Do you consider yourself successful ?

Yes I feel I am successful, I am a hardworking, dedicated, kind, diligent, polite, able to work equally well in a team.

14.  What is your weakness ?

My weakness is I have a nature that is not too easy to close or trust with other people I've just met. I also easily annoyed when someone bothers me when I'm seriously working.

15.  What is your strength ?

My strength is my workhorse, to think in a positive way, a good student, and I am in charge of the work given to me.

16.  What position do you prefer on a team working on a project ?

I really like the team that honest with my personality, I prefer responsible for project teams that have the company give or trust it to us, I like teams that can work equally well with me and who have same mind with me.

17.  How much salary do you expect ?

I hope the salary that the company gave to me commensurate with what I give to this company.

18.  Are you ready to be replaced any time to other city or abroad ?

Yes, I am ready to be replaced at any time to other cities or abroad. It gave me a feeling of life to become more adventurous know the outside world, where I can meet new people, learn new things and new culture, new environment, it's really interesting to me.
